ROBOTIC FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

PROJECT MANAGER

  • Lead every custom automation project from kickoff through warranty as the central point of coordination between our talented engineering, assembly, and programming teams and our customers — ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards in a collaborative environment where you’re never working alone.

    Highlights:

    • Serve as the primary customer contact, providing clear scope definition, regular progress updates, and proactive issue resolution

    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations across all phases

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (mechanical, controls, robotics, assembly, and installation) for seamless execution

    • Oversee vendor and subcontractor performance while identifying and mitigating risks before they impact delivery

    • Track and report key performance metrics, maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and customer expectations

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Design custom automation equipment and tooling in SolidWorks while collaborating with robotics and controls teams in a supportive, hands-on setting.

Highlights:

  • Create 3D models, detailed 2D drawings, assemblies, and BOMs

  • Research, select, and order mechanical components and materials

  • Support in-house assembly, debug, and real-time design adjustments

  • Participate in customer-site installations and commissioning

  • Contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

CONTROLS ENGINEER

Design and program the control systems that bring our custom automation cells to life — PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, and full system integration in a collaborative, team-backed environment where you’ll never work in isolation.

  • Develop control logic, hardware architecture, and wiring schematics in AutoCAD Electrical

  • Program PLCs, HMIs, and motion controllers for seamless automation

  • Support panel builds, electrical assembly, debug, and commissioning
